TERMS & CONDITIONS
Content & Materials
The client must provide accurate company information, text content, logo, photographs, product/service details and other required materials.
Content Writing
Content writing, professional copywriting, SEO content or extensive content rewriting can be charged separately if required.
Design Revisions
The proposal includes up to 2–3 reasonable rounds of revisions. Additional revisions or major design changes may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
50% advance payment is required to initiate the project. The remaining 50% will be payable before final delivery.
Additional Pages
Any pages added beyond the agreed scope will be charged separately based on the page complexity.
Images & Stock Assets
Client-provided images are preferred. Premium stock images, illustrations, fonts or other paid resources, if required, will be charged separately.
Timeline
The estimated delivery timeline will depend on the project size and timely submission of required content and feedback from the client.
Client Approval
Delays in providing content, feedback or approvals may extend the project completion timeline.
Major Changes
Complete changes to the approved design concept, layout or branding direction after approval may be treated as additional work.
Final Delivery
Final files will be delivered in the agreed digital format, generally high-resolution PDF. Editable/source files can be provided based on the agreed package.
Printing
Printing, binding, paper selection and physical delivery are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
Third-Party Resources
Any paid fonts, premium images, graphics, icons or other third-party resources required for the project will be billed separately where applicable.
Confidentiality
Client-provided business information and materials will be treated as confidential and used only for the agreed project.
Cancellation
Once design work has commenced, the advance payment is generally non-refundable as it covers project initiation and work already completed.
Final Approval
Once the final design is approved by the client, further modifications will be considered additional work and may be charged separately.
Above quoted amount is for each A4 sheet.
