Description

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.
• The remaining 50% payment will be payable upon final approval and before delivery of final editable/source files.
• The project will commence after receiving the advance payment and all required content/materials from the client.
• Client must provide all necessary information, including:

• Logo
• Product details
• Product descriptions
• Ingredients/specifications
• Barcode/QR code
• Contact details
• Regulatory information
• Packaging dimensions/dieline
• Brand guidelines, if available

• The quotation includes up to 2–3 revision rounds for the selected design concept.
• Major changes in the design direction after approval of the concept may be charged separately.
• Additional packaging variants, sizes, flavours, colours, or SKUs not included in the original quotation will be charged separately.
• Any additional design work requested outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.
• Printing, material, packaging manufacturing, product photography, copywriting, barcode generation, and other third-party production costs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the quotation.
• The client is responsible for verifying the accuracy of all product information, spelling, ingredients, nutritional information, legal/regulatory details, barcode numbers, and other content before final approval.
• Once the final artwork is approved by the client, any further changes will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
• Final print-ready files will be supplied after receipt of the complete project payment.
• Editable/source files will be provided only if included in the selected package or quotation.
• Any delay in providing content, feedback, approvals, or required information from the client may affect the agreed project timeline.
• The agency will make reasonable efforts to ensure the artwork is technically suitable for printing based on the specifications provided by the client/printer. Final printing quality and production results remain subject to the printer/manufacturer’s processes and specifications.
• Project cancellation after commencement may not be eligible for a refund of the advance payment.
• All final designs remain subject to payment of the agreed project fee before commercial usage.

The above-quoted amount is for the hours worked.
