Terms & Conditions

1. We do not guarantee specific keyword rankings, #1 positions, traffic levels, leads, or sales within a fixed period.
2. SEO results may vary from website to website. Improvements in rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and enquiries depend on multiple factors beyond the agency’s direct control.
3. Search engines, including Google, regularly update their algorithms. Such updates may positively or negatively affect website rankings and organic traffic.
4. We will monitor major changes and make reasonable strategic adjustments where required.
5. The client agrees to provide the required information, approvals and other necessary resources within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Delays in providing access, content, approvals, or technical support may affect the SEO implementation timeline and results.
7. SEO activities may require changes to website content, page structure, titles, descriptions, URLs, internal links, images, technical settings, and other website elements.
8. Third-party services, premium tools, paid directories, sponsored publications, guest-posting fees, domain/hosting charges, website development, paid plugins or other external costs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the proposal.
9. The agency will focus on building relevant and quality backlinks as part of the agreed SEO strategy.
10. The agency does not guarantee a specific number of backlinks or ranking improvements from individual backlinks.
11. SEO services will be billed on a monthly basis which should be paid in advance on every month 1^st
12. Additional services outside the agreed scope will be charged separately.
13. The recommended SEO engagement period is 6 months, as SEO requires continuous optimization, content development, authority building, and performance monitoring.
